Each year our organization completes a comprehensive performance assessment focusing on issues identified in the strategic planning process.  These issues for the current Plan include 4 priorities:  health and safety of residents and participants; access to community; recruitment and retention of employees and communication.  Although we believe that our staff provide excellent, quality care and programming for our people in service, we are of course aware that striving for improvement will benefit everybody, from residents and participants, employees, families, caregivers, stakeholders in the community and the management of the company.
